Prior to a new business opening, it is required to submit the application below with a $50 fee to receive the necessary permit required by the fire inspector to assure all fire codes are within the required limits.

Businesses that are currently open, depending on the discretion of the Fire Inspector and/or other relevant Town Officials, may also be subject to random inspections.
